Having done long stints with several technology giants, he brings strong understanding of how technology can make things simpler, thus better.

He works untiringly at creating wow! moments every time someone uses our offerings. For him, the best investment in marketing a product or service is - by creating happy customers.

Paul Chiumento

Paul is a visionary in the Credit Card payment industry. He has over 25 years of entrepreneurial, sales and management experience in the sign manufacturing, credit card processing and software development.

He started his own merchant services company in 1992. In 1995, he founded SecurePay, a company which developed one of the very first platforms for secure credit card transactions over the Internet. SecurePay was acquired by Pipeline Data, a publicly traded corporation, in 2002.

Besides being our Strategic Advisor and Executive Director, Paul now works on several initiatives of his own in online payments &merchant services domain.

Ajay Tiwari    
Technology Officer

Ajay is the quintessential technology geek. You speak to him about hosting, servers, data center, websites - and he'll patiently explain everything you need to know, for hours.

He has spent a number of years in the US e-commerce industry to understand what merchants really need. And that is evident from his extensive understanding of our product & each feature used by our customers, across countries.

In his current role, he defines the vision of our Hosting strategy, Product upgrades, scalability planning and all necessary security measures for customers.

Sagar loves the complexities of online payments and Credit Card processing. And he knows how to keep a lot of customers happy.

He is young, full of energy - yet when you speak to him, he resembles a veteran from the payments industry. He has spent several years at our team, ensuring customer happiness & complex problem solving.

With his sound industry knowledge and customer-focus, he works on developing our business across geographies.
